There are some things that we can’t change for individual students, such as University policy. That doesn’t mean that we don’t welcome your input. To influence a review or highlight concerns with a policy, or to compliment a University department or individual member of staff please submit feedback.

What will happen next?

You’ll receive an automated response email from us confirming receipt of your complaint or appeal and we will provide you with a unique reference number in case you need to discuss anything further with us.

We’ll investigate your complaint or appeal with the relevant departments to ensure we have fully understood the issue. We may need to contact you by phone during this time to clarify any points.

This process will be dealt with as speedily as possible but it may take up to 10 working days to provide a formal outcome. You’ll receive an outcome email from us and we’ll provide you with a unique reference number in case you need to discuss anything further with us.
