Farm Bureau Mutual Holding Company includes two property-casualty underwriting companies: Farm Bureau Property and Casualty Insurance Company and Western Agricultural Insurance Company.
Farm Bureau Property & Casualty Insurance Company (FBPCIC) was formerly known as Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company (reorganized and renamed in 2010). The company celebrated its 80th anniversary in 2019. FBPCIC offers auto, home and farm insurance products/services to individuals and small businesses in eight Western and Midwestern states.
Western Agricultural Insurance Company offers property–casualty insurance products and services – including certain specialty products – in select states.
Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company began serving Farm Bureau members in 1945. Originally operating under the name of Iowa Life Insurance Company, the Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company offers a variety of term, whole and universal life insurance products, as well as fixed and indexed annuity products.
